Has anyone in this forum blown a 2100xp cpu after a few months of higher vcore?

Im running 1.84v vcore right now with load temps of 38c max. I just wanted anyone who has had a 2100xp that has had one blow up due to higher vcore please post so we can see if these cpus are on there way out after a few months.

mine ran 2.2volts 3 weeks and has spent most its 8week life above 2 volts.
now ive lost some ability over 2.4ghz i can run that but 2.5 is a rough thing to do now.ive run many benches before at that speed.
im thinking mainly its due to chips ive put in the core all over the place.i loose alot of surface area like that and temps are higher.
also im sure some electro migration has set it.

anything under 1.9v its more than safe enough with good temps in my book.
