over clock pIII need help

I have a p3 700 and it is s370 on a se6abit board I have tried to over clock and the dam thing stays at 700 I had the same chip on a gigabyte 2000 and over clocked to 870 so I know the chip will over clock is there a sequence to follow to do this helpiiiiiiiiii
