need help on the settings for o\c of a p3 700 in a se6 mobo had it in a gig 2000 worked fine at 870ghz any bod got advice much appreciated

Try 133/4 in user defined, and move up from there. If it likes 133/4 you have 933MHz without any overclocked buses and stability should be good.
