Ok I got the be6-2 board with the cele II fc-pga 600 I have the abit converter board for the 370. How come everyone is overclocking it to 900+ but if I set the softmenu to even 75 it just seems to scream at me?
I have the best thermal paste and big ole golden orb all setup sweet, it NEVER even gets warm let alone hot but still can't get it to reboot after the first time. Can someone point out what I am doing wrong? Is their other settings in cmos I need to change? Or what about bios updates? Thanks everyone, O ya, I love this sight and hope it never goes away.

What does it say when it's screaming at you? We need a few details as to what's going on to be able to help.

OK, it was just beeping at me after rebooting once. It wouldn't even get to cmos. But actually a guy replied to another post of mine and told me that the ABIT converter card has to be set to "Coppermine". After doing this it has worked perfectly. Its running at 768 (or their abouts) now and still only at 30 degree's C under full load. I will still take all helpfull hint's as far as cmos setting's or helpfull tools for overclocking. I have a 5 1/4 bay fan, regular case fan at the bottom of the case, and a slot fan in this machine so as far as air cooling goes it gets circulated fairly well. Thanks again to everyone who replies because I would be lost without all of ya!

Have you left the Slotkey on auto or have you tried to pre-set it?

On my Abit Slotkey I had to set the voltages on the convertor as well as in the Softmenu otherwise the converter defaulted to the cpu requirement.

I had days of trouble until I tried this and it has worked perfectly since.

Just a thought!

Thanks AceT
I am going to be stepping up the overclocking in a few days. I will remember that because I have it at default voltage right now. Any hints and/or tips are appreciated. Like what should I expect for temps?
What is considered good and/or high or bad temps etc?

He said to set the Abit slotket to coppermine instead of ppga 370? Anyone else ever heard of this? If so, I might try it. It might just fix the problems I'm having overclocking my celery 566....

566 and up are all Coppermines so it would be appropriate for your chip.
