USB hookup to the P4B533

Anyone have any experience hooking up front (CASE) usb plugs to their mobo??? My manual isn't exactly the most helpful and was wondering if anyone that has done this could snap a pic or 2 of their setup...... I'm dumbfounded when it comes down to this.
