DRAM Timing question?

I got a VT6X4 and I need to know what the differences are between the different DRAM Timing settings: SDRAM 10ns, SDRAM 8ns, Normal, Medium, Fast, Turbo. The first 2 are pretty much self explanitory. I got 2 128meg sticks of Kingmax PC150. Please enlighten me.....

None of the Abit manuals I have go into detail about these settings. Since you have RAM capable fo high speed operation I woud use Turbo mode. I am using Muchkin Rev2 on both of my overclocked PIII machines, and have been using Turbo since the beginning. Memory scores in Sandra are pretty good so it can't be doing any harm.
