I felt like when i open up a app it loads really slow, i dont have many programs running, over 60% of memory are free
also I dont get high fps ( average 80 to 200 )

80-200 sounds pretty damn high to me and you should be running with vsync on anyway to prevent tearing/shearing.
As for "do you need to overclock", there's never a need, it's about the desire to push your FSB as far as it can go, then buy some liquid nitrogen and go further.

sure, go for it:). your computer or car can never be to fast, so overclock away. you should go for water cooling too (i did). just dont go to high with the vcore or anything like that, and make sure you have good cooling and a good ps.

it costs more than air but it is not that bad. the price will depend on what kit you get. i think it is worth it, and i know i would have saved money if i had just gone with water cooling to start with instead of spending soo much on air cooling only to have it sitting around now.:( i guess i need to build another computer to use those components:D
