I've orderd an abit VT64X to replace my BH6 which has died (see post: http://forums.overclockers.ws/UltraBoard/UltraBoard.cgi?action=Read&BID=3&TID=286&SID=42762 )

It looked to be the best slot 1 board at the price point (under £75). Has anyone got any comments - good/bad welcome (esp. Bad), about this board, it's ablilty to run OC'd w/PC100 RAM, etc, etc...

I have an Abit Vt6x4 and It serves my purposes just fine.
It isn't the best board but it's not the worst by far. Abit doesn't really make bad MoBo's in my opinion, but they do make boards that aren't as good as their others and that's what this one is. It's a great motherboard, but a little ways off from their best. Since your on a budget I'd say it's a pretty decent choice. I haven't had any problems or complaints with mine, I would recommend getting the lattest 4in1 drivers and check to see if their are any bios updates (something I keep forgetting to do). Also, if you plan to go above 133 fsb you will be severly limited, beyond 133 your optoins are 140 something and 150.

Hope it suits your needs,
