It has gone by the names gryox, cp101, water-x, and others... most commonly it is called "complete junk".
It is hugely unreliable.
It's performance has been shown to be marginal at best with respect to common air cooled heatsinks.
It has a pump, it just isn't the traditional style of pump.

Don't buy one, and question the motives of anyone who gives you one as a gift.

The "radiator" it uses to cool the liquid is smaller than typical air cooled heatsinks so it's performance is hugely impared. If it had a lot larger radiator (that mounted on the case somewhere instead of hanging on the cpu socket) and a decent pump it MIGHT be as good as a cheap air cooler.
I wouldn't use it on anything higher than a P1 133.

Every Review I have seen for that heatsink/radiator has been pretty bad. If you want reliable watercooling your going to have to setup a complete system.

10!? I think its about 20 so far. And each time this heatsink gets shot and left for dead but then someone always seems to bring it back for another beating :bang head will it never end?!?!
