Heater core help

Im going to be keeping my eye on different auction sites to get a cheap heater core the next week or two. The only ones with dimensions that will work for me that i know of are the chevette and fiero. Are there any more that are around those sizes of about 6*6. I can spare a little on the height about up to 8" but the width needs to be less than 7" or it wont fit in my case. Thanks for any help that you guys could give me.


P.S. Whats up with heatercore4u.com it doesnt seem to work? Are there any other sited like that out there?

I just got a core for a Pinto for 15 bucks plus shipping on eBay.

Measures 7 3/4" X 6" X 2". Take a look...

go tho the junkyard, people! mine was 5 bucks. i have no idea what car it used to be in, but it is great! i cleaned it up, it's just as good as any other...... and i paid 5 bucks (US) for it.! GO TO THE JUNKYARD! you'll only be helping yourself. that, and it is FUN to tear apart cars if they dont' already have 'em seperated.

I tried the junkyuard with no luck, actually a friend went there and didnt have any luck. Im looking for something under what autozone has. I went there and they opened a bunch of boxes up but i didnt want to spend $25+ dollars on it because i think i can get a better deal somewhere else. Im still mad about loosing the auction for the fiero heater core last night. THat would have been $12 shipped. Do you guys think a mustang hc would work??? because there are lots of those on ebay.
