It will be water-cooled by next week.... hoping for 161fsb or greater, 3.7ghz and im a happy man ! Follow this link:

I would be interested hearing other peoples 3.06 benchmarks .... shame the overclockers.com databse won't accept 3,06 results !?
P.S. Memory bandwidth seems a tad low ?
have a good day all
Rich
what is your CAS latency?
nice, its to bad i dont have HT:( that will be my next upgrade when the chip comes down to the low $200s

with the price of that cpu, i could,,,,,
asus p4g8x $202.
2x256 sammy 3200 $84.
1.8a $141.50
this equals $427.50
take off the 1.8a and add a 2.4b, and the new total is $466.
and you could get all the performance minus the HT $74. less than the cpu itself.:(
the 3.06 is not a very good oc'er unless you have EXTREME cooling, ie prommie.;)

pip, as its says on eth webpage, CAS latency = 1.5. Did some tests and its better bandwidth than at 2.

Your bandwidth is about right for DDR304 @ 152fsb 1:1 Memory ratio.
185fsb DDR370 = about 4570 /4563 Sandra Bandwidth
