FSB wont go down after changed in bios and rebooted!!

My VT6X4 will not let the FSB go down after I change it in the bios. It wont go from 110 back to 105. Any Ideas?? Also do you guys have any good tips for options to use when flashing the bios??

What kind of options do you mean?

the options when you go to flash the bios, like "amdflash /cc /whatever", ya know what I mean!!

I looked but I think I flushed that info a while back. I think there is a "how to flash" document on Abit's site that I got it from.
