I Need a deal on SLK-800 or SLK-900

It seems as most of the usual suspects (SVC) are out of stock of the SLK-800's right now. My needs are modest as I will probably just mate it to a TT Smart Case Fan II, but the SLK-900 is starting to look attractive if I can find one for cheap(er).

just search on www.pricewatch.com for the heatsink and fan you want. Its one of the best ways to find a deal on slk-800 or 900.

Yes, I always search PW for everything, but lately it seems that unless you do some digging on your own and get others to help, you will miss out on deals that just never make it to PW.

Crazy PC has a good price on the fan, but they want $54.95 for the SLK-900. Newegg is exactly the opposite. They want $18.99 for that fan, but only $47 for the SLK-900. I just want to find someplace with both for a decent price and save a bit on shipping.

Go with an AX-7.

It's almost the same.

I got my 1700+@1825 with an 30cfm fan ontop and my idle is 30.

I think SVC has it for like $18.

You are in luck... http://www.svc.com/soca4cool.html ...seems they have the SLK-800 back in stock now...You really should consider the SLK-800U if your motherboard has the four mounting holes

If you look on the front page and look at the HS comparison sheet, the SK7 is only a step behind both of the SLK 800 and 900. Plus you can get it for half the price at SVC. and its in stock
