Refurbishing a Rad.

I just found a crappy old rad in my garage. It has a leak, is extremely gritty (there's pieces of dirt lodged right in the fins) but it's perfect for holding 2 120mm fans side by side. Anyway, what would you guys recommend I do to refurbish it?

I'm not going to be chucking it so that's out of the question.

See if you can fix the leak first and clean it up. I would test if longer than usual to see if there are any other problems with it.

Soap & H20 is a good start.

Is the leak traceable? Get some putty and fix the leak to see how much it restricts flow etc.
