Y does SETI spy tell me unknown for user statstics and team statistics?

I'm not sure about the Team Stats as mine are also blank, but I clicked on the Transmit button in the SETI Driver interface and that loaded all of my User Stats

transmit button didnt load my stats

Did you modify your SETISpy.ini file to include your e-mail address and team as mentioned in the instructions? That's pretty much the only thing I can think of.

how do i do that? also the SETI spy says idle when the SETI driver is crunching

nm, i got it fixed, the ini wasnt the problem tho, it was that SETI spy wasnt in the same folder as SETI driver. In the file i downloaded from the instructions it was in a seperate folder in a folder and didnt know that i was supposed to take it out of that foler and put it in the same folder (thats a lot of folders lol)

Good work.....mmmmm, I remember that somewhere in the instrictions it clearly says that you need to have SETISpy, SETIDriver and clc in the same folder.
