Okie, i wnet through the manual and i can't seem to find anywhere in bios to set all those ram settings? (ie. cas latency, agressive, normal settings etc) does anyone know where it is?

When you are in bios, hit Ctrl + F1 at the same time and it will bring up the advanced chipset features. All the memory stuff is in there.

while you are at you might want to check out bigtoe's modified bios for SINXP

Warning : it is a modified bios which unhides many hidden feature of your motherboard which greatly increase your overclocking experience use it at your own risk
