Motherboard Manual(Help)

I have a Cognac socket 370 motherboard with an intel celeron 466 and 810 chipset. I've been reading up on OC'ing and a have a farely decent grasp on what to do. Problem is, my comp. manufacturer will not send me a manual unless I pay 25 bucks for it, and I cannot find Cognac online anywhere. I even went to a site with manuals for motherboard makers that don't exist anymore. It's not there either. I am just about to give up. Someone please help!

Ive got a pdf page file sort af a manual and a few more bits and bobs but the wouldn't give me the manual either mail is and al try an help
same board myself with a 600mhz celeron. you've probably found every thing i could.
