MS-6339 "Power on Function" how to get this to work?

Hi,

I read manual and I went in bios under "integrated peripherals" and
there's option Power on Function I've selected right mouse button and
I turned off com and when I press right mouse button
nothing happens, I've also tried left mouse button but same thing,
I also don't get this where it says password how do set that ?
anyway just clicking on right mouse button would be handy for me
if I only could make it work,
any suggestions ?
