Abit NF7-S dual channel?

Is this board dual channel? From the instructions a person might never really know.

O/C is it good to have 1 stick or 2 sticks int eh mobo?

2 run dual channel you need 2 similar sticks. Put them in slots 3 and 2.

run memory benchmarks with sticks in 2-3 as oppose to 1-2 (non dual channel)
