what kind of softwares do i need to o/c and where i can download them?

just got myself an Abit BH7 motherboard and a P4 2.4B cpu, Kingston HyperX PC3000 512 DDR, WD 80GB 8MB hdd, and 9500pro. Just loaded WinXP, OfficeXP, Catalyst 3.2 driver.

Now, if I want to o/c, where I can download all those utilities like Prime95 etc. Basically I need some utilities to read temperatures, stress test the cpu, etc. Thanks all.
