What chip(s) would i need to change?

I have acsess to these chipsets, And i would like to know which chip(s) i would need to change to be able to use a higher cpu than my motherboard will allow, I am using the Soyo kt333 ultra plat. Mobo. I got the idea from the pencil trick, So i figure why not replace the chip, With a lower/higher value, Or will this diable my motherboard?
