My PS2 port died the other day so I got a new USB keyboard.
The problem is now the PC thinks that the Keyboard is still plugged in and thinks a key is being held down.
Im sure that everyones heard that sound from the PC speaker when you hold down a key for too long.
The Asus mobo is a A7V266e and from the looks of it the bios has no settings that totally disable the PS2 ports.
Is there a way to rip the ports of the mobo?
Or am I up for a new motherboard?
