Does the Soltek SL-75DRV5 have a 1/5 divider?

My friend has the Soltek SL-75DRV5 he wants to know if it has a 1/5 divider for when he O/C and if it automatically kicks in when he increases the FSB etc.

Yes it does have the 1/5 divisor I am using it right now I am at 192FSB (HD corrupts any higher than that). And it kicks in automatically.
