MSI 845PE max2 mobo any good for oc?

Hallo guys,
Has anyone used the MSI 845PE max2 motherboard?
Is it any good in overclocking? I read its manual and it has nice oc options, even a through windows prog for fsb oc and cpu voltage.

I'm trying to find an Abit bh7 mobo but noone here in greece has it anymore...

I have read some reviews and I got to overclock that motherboard for one day and I would say it rocks.
go to the following sites to read some reviews. I was able to overclock my 1.7GHZ @ 2.4 GHz and then the CPU gave up since it is a willamette core. Let me know if you buy it or not.
