Hey people, I just wanted some info on the current Intel chipsets, mainly which ones support bus locking. According to Gigabyte's website, the 845PE chipset can adjust AGP and Memory bus clocks. Is this true? I didn't know the PE chipset could lock the AGP buses!

"CPU/AGP/DIMM setting

CPU FSB / Multiplier / Vcore Voltage adjustable via BIOS

AGP Voltage / Clock adjustable via BIOS

DIMM Voltage / Clock adjustable via BIOS
"

all the intel i845 chipsets support this (AGP/PCI clock locking). The i845 can also run the mem in async mode, so it doesnt have to run at the same speed as the FSB....
If the motherboard makers implement it or not in another question
