One Speaker Sound

One Speaker Sound 8rda+

I've downloaded all the updates from EPOX for my 8rda+ but I can only get sound out of my front left speaker of my (5.1) speaker setup (XPS 510).
What can I do to remedy this? I have gone into speaker setup and changed it a 6 speaker setup but no change.

are both plugins the same size? I have a five speaker setup with two plugins and somtimes only 1 side plays and found that the speaker plugins were different sizes and i had to get an adapter to make the pin larger.weird.

Thanks for the reply. I found the problem the other day hoping the post would disappear . I rechecked all my connections in the back of the computer again and noticed that the speaker cable was not all the way in, close but not quite. So now I'm good to go
