on board video really starts to be adequate when that IGP can work at 200mhz and even better higher with Dual channel ram to match that sync.

I'd love to see some 3dmark2001 scores with the IGP and dc ram running at 235mhz. Should easily catch up to low end MX440SE with 4.5 - 5.0ns ram.

Intel were very wise not to grant Nvidia a P4 license. Their integrated video is 3 years behind the times compared to Nforce2.
 
It does help to have integrated video...but only when you are building a "budget" pc.....I think if I where a non gamer I would buy an integrated video mobo...if I would be able to save $50:D
