is the pci/agp locked automatically locked in nforce 2 mobos?

my friends zenith is wiggin out on him. he put it in yesterday, replacing his 8k3ae with a tbred b 2100 @ 187 fsb and now it wont run stable at 166 even...
so yeah.. anyone have a clue whats goin down here? is the pci/agp goin out of spec or something? cause i tried 6x200 and it didnt work (which is 1200 mhz..) but 17x133 worked (2.26 ghz)

does he have it in sync? that is the divider not on SPD or Auto and on something like 4/4, 5/5?

um, what exactly are you talkin about?
where would i access that? i didnt see anything about dividers in bios :|
