Dunno for sure, but often a BIOS update will help. Find the newest BIOS file that you can download and see what it says it will support for CPU speds.
 
that motherboard/chipset ONLY support a 60 and 66MHz FSB.
so setting the multiplier on the CPU to 2x (K6-2 reads as 6x) is the only thing you can do.... and you have already done that.

if the board has any jumpers for 75FSB, that will give you a 450, and if you hvae 83 and your system can handle it, 500MHz.....

but odds are you will not have that option. OEM's just dont make great motherboards :(
