1004 fix P4G8X RAM timing??

hello everyone,

I thought BIOS 1004 suppose to fix the memory timing on P4G8X. After I flashed to 1004, CPU-Z still show the timing 2.5-3-3-7-16T while in the BIOS it says 2-2-2-5-16T.

so what's the big idea here? Is CPU-Z playing around with me or 1004 didn't fix timing problem?

No it doesnt fix the problem. The Tweaked BIOS does though.

yep i just figured it out myself

I was confused about 1004g and 1004twk, now it's all fixed

Fairly new to this board guys..... which tweaked bios (link please) is the best for this board. I am getting a 2.53 Costa Rica in a few days, so want to pump this baby a bit.

I found a 1004twkf (x86-secret.com) and am running that at present.

Do you know if there is much difference, or which is better???
