hi folks !

I got a p4 mobile es and the abit bh-7. I detect that the abit bh-7 lowest multi is 15...
If I set 12*200 it always boots with 15*200  On the other hand I can boot with 22*133.....

It seems like the board cannot choose a multi lower then 15 :( what a crap....

can somebody help me or knows a mod how to solve my problem ?

there was a review somewhere (sorry can´t remember the link) saying there were problems with the board setting the multiplier on ES chips... maybe that was what they were saying

they also tried with a mobile non-ES chip and it worked alright at 12x... so i guess there will be some bios upgrades or something

i had the same issues with my p4m 2.0 es on my it7max2 v2.0

i heard that some bioses can only go 15x and up

but on some older bioses you can choose lower than 15x

you should maybe try an older bios

okay, I will test it when the es is again on my board....

the normal p4m has a 12x cause it is locked ;)
