Shopping for new board

Looking to build a new, machine, on a budget. Which board/chip combo would be the best recommendation?

Looking to spend about 200 to 250 for board and chip. Less, if possible, of course, but 250 is about tops.

P4, or Celeron, etc.

if you can, wait untill the 800 FSB boards come out... all the slower 533 and 400FSB CPU's and Boards will drop in price, letting you get a better setup that you would have otherwise
