UK and tax from buying from USA.

does buying from US store to UK allow you to get thru without taxing? cuss im guessing no.

US online stores only charge sales tax to customers who live in the same state as the store. international shipping will be more expensive though. Also importing merchandise into the UK may require you to pay customs and/or duty taxes. Plus you have to deal with high shipping charges if you have a part that needs to be returned or exchanged

When sending an item from the USA to the UK you have to fill out a customs for if it goes usps or a declaration if it goes UPS fedex.

I have family in England and when I send them stuff I check the gift box on the customs form... They had to pay 16 pounds to get the package...

Also there is then the lack of insurance and parts going missing, getting damaged etc etc...
