overclocking canterwood and CSA

Since the CSA bus is going to be connected to the Canterwood Northbridge, I imagine its speed is going to be locked to the FSB speed. So it seems like overclocking the FSB will affect the CSA bus just like it affects the PCI and AGP buses. Is there going to be a way to lock the CSA bus speed? If not, I wonder if the CSA bus could be a hindrance to overclocking.
