Anyone got a overclocked Asus P4B

I would really like some help with the cmos settings for the P4B i currently am running a P4 1.7ghz at 1912mhz with stock cooling and it ranges from 42-60 degrees c, depending on burnin load would like to do better also need help with ram settiings. I am currently playing Gta3 and it gets pretty sluggish as does Morrowwind-Elderscrolls.

Is that the asus P4B that uses sdram? If so I have one of those, so I may be of some help. If its the ddr version, be glad.
