not reporting right bios version in windows..

Ive just installed the 1004 bios from the asus german site(i think)
and it updated it ok and when it boots the post screen says 1004 but in windows using Asus Probe and Sandra it still says 1003...I guess it updated ok but its not reporting correctly in windows...not a big deal but was wondering if anyone had this problem..
