Hi there :)

I was wondering if theres any way at all to get my ram to run at higher speed than 200mhz ? Right now my retail Intel cooler isnt quite happy when my CPU is running above 160MHz FSB, and there my ram is limited to 200MHz with the 4/5 divider..

Just wondering :)

In the Bios set the boot strap to Low and the 3:4 divider will be available on the memory. I think its the #2 (hw boot strap) and #3 (?) options exposes 3:4. This is on the CPU section in the BIOS, first screen. That should give you 214.

Thanks dtadpole. I got lucky at Frys and got a great chip. The IT7 helps and of course I have been very lucky with the XMS LL. Only problem is the chip will do 187 but not the memory :(
