Need help to overclock P4T-E with 1.7 P4

Hello

I have been trying to research how to best overclock an Asus P4T-E motherboard and a P4 1.7GHz chip. I have 512 Meg PC800 RDRam. Can someone please give me some save bios settings so that I might see some speed improvement.

I am not interested in any instability. I really would appreciate some help.

start by setting the front side bus to 105.
