I have these choices locally:

Abit AT7
Abit IT7
Abit KD7
Abit NF7S
Abit BE7

I am running a P4 2.53 with DDR333

I want to know which one of these is best for overclocking.

Thanks.

buy online from newegg.com or googlegear.com
they are both great for returns and good costermer suport.

skip the mobos listed....get a BH7 if your straped for cash or the IC7 for long turm use.

the IC7 will let you use the 400 chips, 533 chips, 800 chips, and should let you use the early prescotts.

I'm running the IC7 now...$152.00 well spent.

NF7-S and a 1700 DLT3C from excaliberpc.com. Thats were I got mine from. I would share results but my DLT3C was DOA. I hate that, time to RMA.

On the ic7, what kind of memory should I run?
Do I have to run it in pairs?
It says it supports up to ddr400
Could I run some Hyper X ddr 437? or 370?

The reason I ask is because just like 2 days ago I bought some Hyper X ddr 333 and I could easily take it back and pay the difference.

Please let me know!
Thanks.

yeah, get the 437...you'll need it for lower timings at what your doing.
you can run single stick, yet get the extra stick and run dual DDR.

the new canterwood mobos don't like to run at great timings so get a great brand of memory and do the best you can.

I was able to run mine at 2,3,3,7 at 428 2.7vdimm
now I'm looking at 2.5,3,3,7....at 195fsb 1/1 ratio. 2.7vdimm
never needed this much voltage or slow timings at 195fsb on a single DDR mobo.

point is ... don't skimp.
