Can someone shed some light on this subject. I recently looked at the Protein Data html generated by EMIII and noticed that at times The assignment server reassigns the same wu more than once in a row and I get no credit when this is done. Right now I'm running one client on each machine and noticed that when I uploaded four clients in less than a 1hour period, upon update I only got credit for two. I checked the protein data page and found that on two of the machines the same client was reassigned (same run/clone/gen one right behind the other). After checking all of my machines I noticed that this happens on a regular basis. Is each client unique and therefore once folded will only credit once or should we be getting credit for every wu we complete?
I know that when running multi clients there is the danger of folding a wu twice. But I never knew that once you finished a wu and turned it in you could be reassigned the same work to do all over again. On one machine I have folded the same wu three times this weekend.
