hmm....
looking at where i got my 120mm papst from i found these:
Papst 80mm
Power : 12v , 0.6W
Sound : 12 dB(A)
Airflow : 19.4cfm
so if anyone can beat 12db then let me know. Not amazing airflow i know but im not bothered about that . They are for a second and 3rd WC radiator so not critical.

THe TT Smt fan 2 is really close to the Quietest for the air it moves. It comes with a **** load of really useful stuff too.

and I quote:
Perhaps quieter than the Panaflo, but not 12 dBA -- that is a major exaggeration. May have lower broadband (shhhh) noise but often exhibits ticking or clicking noise at any voltage that can be annoying. Not highly reliable in this regard, expensive.
Here's 2 really good links to comprehensive fan data tables to use to select/find quiet fans to suit your needs:
http://www.silentpcreview.com/files/fanspecs/fanspecs.pdf
http://www.gizzo.8m.com/fans/index.html
Between these 2 links, you WILL be able to identify just the right fan or fans to suit your particular situation.

BTW, that pdf table linked to at silentpcreview has the (theoretical calculated via fan laws) 7V and 5V dBA ratings of all fans listed!

The TTSF2 is a loud PoS - at low or high settings. I just got one and I'm immediately returning it, hoping to get my money back.
Panaflo L1A's are pretty quiet, but they don't move much air. I also have Kingwin fans that came with my KT-436 case that are a tad bit louder but move more air.
