im getting in the final stages of getting a well rounded and highley oced pc.my final parts wich are my 2 raptors will be here in a few days.
of course ive benchmarked every single component in the rig but im trying to test it as a whole.pcmark2002 seems to be my bench of choice.
this is one i ran a few days back,and the rig is the one in my sig.but im making some changes yet to come.some more info is listed in the benchmark description.
im not really interested in setting up a database or records sheet for comparisons as they have that there.but i would like to see who has a great WELL rounded highley oced pc and its scores.
so i think a little comparisons are in order.the reason ive went this route is after much thinking and reading ive found a highley oc'ed cpu is useless if the memory or hard drives suck.everything has to be maxed out to really see the differances.
id like also some p4 guys throwing some up also if possable.they always bench better anyhow and make it fun.and ill also add i try and buy the cheapest and best ocing parts i can to save money and only buy top of the line parts when i have to.some things just cant be skimped on and you get what you pay for.others like cpu's can be a big waste of money if your not carefull.
