Ne one know how to directly mod my PSU so that when i turn on the power switch in the back, it turns on? Cause that green wire isn't working for me for some reason.

My Delta is the same -- so proper of them. But every other ATX PSU I've checked would come on if the green wire was shorted, including Antec SmartPower and Fortron/Sparkle.

Its not always a green wire. I've come across some PSUs with different wiring schemes. Just make sure that pin 14 is the one shorted. Of course, that doesn't work with all PSUs.
