Questions About Peltier

Having a Peltier looks good to me, but information is hard to find about it. I understand that I'll need 2 PSU's but thats about it. Are they quiet? How do they performI don't need a fridge or anything for it do I? Or insulated pipes? Some links with good units be would appreciated.

thanks, actually I read the article on ocers & it seems that they prefer watercooling over peltier. I agree with them

I know what you mean - no matter what you still have to get rid of the heat. Whether from the HS directly or through an intermediary device like the Peltier.
