pencil trick on the multiplier?

need help with the k7v mobo. what is the L1 bridge and what do i need to do?

It explains the L1 bridges with large pics. They suggest a conductive pen instead of a pencil, but a pencil will work fine, I used a 2B drawing pencil, soft lead, very conductive. Be sure that your bridges do not cross.
