I have a classic 550 k7 & I want to kick it up a notch or two. the mb is a asus k7-rm with soft bios settings what is a good starting point for the fsb, (memory is vcm 133 5.5 ns) vcore setting, a listing of all the settings would be helpful. thanks alot.

FSB overclocking on the K7 does not work very well. You might be able to get 110MHz out of the system... You should be able to get 105 though. The best way to OC an older slot A processor is to buy a golden finger device. You can sitll find them for sale on the web for $10-20.
