Help o/c AMD T'bird 800 and Abit KT7 RAID BOARD

Newbie needs help with SoftMenu settings for the above Motherboard. Stable settings around 1GB would be nice. I have done pencil trick on CPU but need FULL settings for the SoftMenu. Memory is 133. Any help appreciated. Thanx.

Set the multiplier to 10x and leave the fsb at 100MHz. That should give you 1000MHz. But you better start with 850, 900, 950 atc. Dont go all the way up to 1000 at once. When youre doing this you may experience lockups during windows startup. When that happens you have to increase the Vcore. Do this with small steps untill the system boots again. Dont go over 2 volts. Then repeat the sequence untill it doesnt even boot at 2 volts or it gets too hot.
