Prime 95? Under Load?

Prime 95 and "under load" are two things that i have been seeing a lot on this forum. I have an Abit KT7 (non-raid), Duron 600 (unlocked), OCZ Dualie HSF, 128 PC150 Kingmax. I want to test my temperatures. Is this "prime 95" what i need. I have already used the VIA Hardware Monitor that came with the Abit mobo.
