Well after much effort to get the machine to run i finally after three days got my first overclock. It is very modest, but I am working it up. I have Aibt KT7 (non-raid), 128 PC 150, and Duron 600Mhz. I am running it at 6 X 110 right now and it is 34* C. What should I get to "load" my Duron. Like this Prime 95 i keep hearing about.

Also i am using an OCZ Dualie HSF, VCore is 1.6 V and I/O voltage is 3.3 V

You should stop messing with the FSB and go straight for the multiplier. Connect the L1 bridges on the CPU with a pencil and up the voltage to 1.85volts, and go right for 800mhz then 900mhz. Check out this link on Anandtech.com if you need reference for connecting the L1 bridges. The voltage is controlled in the Bios on the KT7's, so no need to mess with it on the CPU.

when you connect the bridges I would suggest you use a conductive ink pen the pencil trick doesn't always work the pen works the first time every time save a lot of work
