T-Bird 750 cooling

I have a Alpha PAL 6035 with a Y.S. Tech fan on it.. i wanna over clock.. can i do it with standard grease? I wanna try to get 1 Ghz.. should i go ahead and get some silver grease?

You should not have any problems oclocking the tbird 750. I used regular thermal grease and arctic silver with only a few degrees difference. The alpha cooler will work ok. Your temp goal should be to keep the temp under 50c under full load.
